What’s the inspiration behind the flavour?
A specially blended green tea whose name was inspired by one of Guernsey’s shipwrecks, HMS Boreas. Fort Grey holds one of the cannons from the 22-gun ship which points towards the reef where she sank. Within the fort stands a stone-built magazine which was once used to store the gunpowder and shot.

The Perfect Cup Suggestion
One pyramid tea bag per person. Allow the tea bag to brew in hot water for 4-5 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
