What’s the inspiration behind the flavour?
Built in 1804, Fort Grey is a Martello Tower situated on the west coast of Guernsey named after Charles Grey, 1st Earl Grey, Governor of Guernsey from 1797 to 1807. Traditional Earl Grey Tea is named after the Governor’s son, 2nd Earl Grey, who became the British Statesman and Prime Minister.

The Perfect Cup Suggestion
2-3 teaspoons per person. Brew in hot water for 4-5 minutes. Serve with a dash of milk or a squeeze of lemon.
